Looks pretty tight. Ideally I would keep the tuners to chrome, but it definitely looks like a good one. Good job Gibson!

I'd be happy if they did a Robot 68RI or a Robot R8. That would kick ass.

I'd love to have that guitar, but none of the reasons have anything to do with the fact it is a robot guitar. The one advantage I see is that I don't believe Gibson offers that as a Gibson USA model. So, to get the same gorgeous LP single-cut Special, you'd have to go through the Custom $hop. I could be wrong. Anyone know the street price for this robot? I guess the materials and workmanship are a step up from the Gibson USA 'DC faded Special'?(which I own) If the price were right I may consider one but to be honest I'd actually prefer it without the robot electronics. I mean how much down-tuning will you be doing on an axe like that? I bet Open G sounds sweet on that baby.
