What finish is this les paul and is this a good idea?

On the right.. that would have to be the nicest finish I have ever seen, I'm sure the lighting has something to do with it however.

I didn't want to start a whole thread for this, no way, hence maybe there should be a sticky on finishes.

As for not being able to provide a good photo, I personally think that would be all the more reason to ask.

I usually improv dumb songs about random crap after a few have been knocked back. Makes practice lively. A nacho tune MAY have actually happened at one point. Wouldn't put it past myself. Just wish I knew for sure... Haha.
