Who the fuck is "TRIUMP?"

For that matter, Who the fuck is "RUSH?"

For reference, I'm half way through my 60th year on this planet, and am currently enjoying listening to "LARKIN POE, MOLLY TUTTLE and THE PETERSONS."

I like what I like and don't care if anyone else likes different stuff. After all it's all subjective.

So, I'm glad the "TRIUMP" fans enjoy their music.

I'm also glad the "RUSH" fans do the same.

Life is too short for these petty arguments.

Triumph let the industry get between them. Long story short, the industry hacks wanted the lead guitarist to sing, not the drummer. Bad for a band owned by the drummer. Money provided the cardiac arrest, and the rest is history. The Band died too quickly to really challenge Rush in my opinion.

There’s a good documentary out the past couple years about the rise, fall and eventual peace making of Triumph.

I enjoy both bands a-lot ......

Love early Rush and Love Emmett era Triumph.....

If I had to pick based on each bands best 10-15 songs I'd have to go with Triumph....

By a pretty decent margin....

But I really do like early Rush......

For me, Rik Emmett just killed it for about about a decade...one savage mo-fo...

Not many could touch his combined vocal and guitar skills in his prime.

it's not even a competition at this point.
