Im going to buy one today (thinking about it) and Im not sure how to make it work. This is my chain

Tuner 9v
ego comp 9v
mojovibe 9v
muff 9v
cream tone 9v
colorsound od boost 9v
10 band 18 volt
delay 9v
electric mistress 24v

I have a wah but battery powered doesnt bother me because it wont be attached to the board. What does bother me is I have 2 or 3 other things I want to get

tape echo 9v
phaser 9v
wampler hotwire 9v
fuzz face

How the hell am I supposed to make this work with 8 power spots? :hmm:

I see godlyke makes what I need. I can run 5 daisy chained and pick up an extra off from my out on my tuner which gives me 6 (nothing crucial) then one dedicated to the vibe 2 for the ehx and plug the wall wart into the back of the pp2+

That leaves me 5 slots

The BOSS Tu-2 has a power output on it so you can daisy chain off there too if you need to. But you did not specify which pedals these actually are.

You also run an increased risk of noise with more components. And you do not specify the mA draw of each device either, so you need to worry about whether you are going to overload that or not.

You need to spend some quality time figuring out the draw of your components, you do not want to overload the chain.

I would sell all those stompboxes and buy a used boss gt-6(around $200). The tonal possibilties are infinite.

It's got nothing to do with being a "cork sniffer". The OP already has a nice collection of pedals and specifically asked what he could use to power WHAT HE ALREADY HAS.

Led, you don't have to be butthurt. You just missed the point of the OP. He already has quite a few nice pedals and doesn't need something to replace them. He just needs to find a way to have them powered.

If it were me, I don't know if I could see a way around buying two power supplies.

Check one of these out. Called a onespot. They're like $30 and you can power 8 pedals and they have all sorts of adapters for 9v and line 6 stuff.
Two will do the trick.
Mine's always delivered.

i dunno man, I had one and I got a lot of noise from pedals. Check out the BBE Supa Charger or Voodoo Lab. The first can be had under 100... you have a lot of nice pedals there... not sure I'd go with a cheaper power adapter...

I'm at max capacity with my Pedal Power 2, so when I pick up my tremolo or delay next, I'm just going to velco a power strip to my board and plug in some wall warts, since I already have 3 or 4. If I wasn't so cheap, I'd get a 1 Spot.

Well, the 18V pedals will require something like a VL PP2+ or BBE Supacharger; both of these can do 18V. 1Spot and Godlyke thingies won't cut it. The Mistress is 24V? Wow. I'm not sure what to do, but EHX must make a PS for it!?

Digital? YUCK!

I have a Dunlop DC Brick as well as a BBE Supacharger. The DC brick has 7 9v outputs and 3 18v outputs as well. I don't think it's quite as well isolated as something like the PP2, though. I haven't had any noise issues with mine at all.

I bought the pp2± I have everthing mounted just haven't wired it up yet. I think I have it figured out.

The tu2 and the od's can be chained up without problem. The modulation effects will be on their own. The ehx will operate with a y cord the 108 can be plugged in the back...somehow
When I get it together tonight I will reply back in here. Maybe others will get some help from this too. Thanks guys

This is what we have so far, I will have to experiment to see how I like where everything is. The only ones that get switched off a lot is the modulation and the various drives.
