Where I can find this part only from strap lock

I have seen some comes with the strap lock kit, some do not...

I am looking for just this soft round padding thing (not sure what to call it)...
Strap Lock Strap plate ? In this photo, its in white or Black ... I think I like the black at the moment... but I can not find anywhere selling just this. Should not be that hard to find one? (eBay ?) I am sure you can also make one, but if its out there for sale made for the purpose, why not... ?

Pretty sure those will damage your finish. Unless it's poly.

Oh really ? I've noticed on some of Eipiphone Les Paul comes with these.. Not sure about Gibson. Anyway, where can I find the Poly then ?

Poly is referring to the guitar's finish.
Epiphones have poly finish, Gibsons have nitro finish. :thumb:

I swear I remember reading a thread here about finish damage and someone posted pictures that these washers left nasty marks on their guitar.

Great, in that case, Its Nitro~! I guess that is why? I do not see these washer on Gibson guitars ? I have seen them on Epiphone Guitars. wow, learning new everyday. thanks! :thumb:

You don't need felt washers. They could actually allow the straplock button to work loose over time as the felt compresses.

And, the only possible damage done to the guitar will not be visible unless the guitar has no stap buttons on it at all, which will be...never, right?
