Players Discount Standard Package
We know that many of you experienced players love to work on your own guitars. We are constantly committed to streamlining our process without sacrificing quality. Installing a new state of the art spray booth, and changes in our shop’s setup and work flow have allowed us to offer this unique discount for those who would like to part up their own guitars yet still get all of the advantages of a Standard Makeover Package from HM.
Along with a reduced price, the biggest advantage of this discount is a significantly reduced turnaround time. Don’t forget that your guitar will be painted with exclusive UN-plasticized nitro.
So how does this work? To start, you send us your guitar fully disassembled (plastics, hardware, electronics). (You may leave the tuner ferrules and ABR posts in if you don't have the proper tools). We will strip it, replace the inlays if need be, re-carve the top, re-profile the neck, and re-finish with our thin nitro lacquer. We can even kick start the aging process with some light weather checking and patina. From there we send it back to you for assembly and final setup (by you or your tech). From there, your guitar can wear and age with you and your own style of playing.
Basically the standard package without any disassembly, refret, fading, or reassembly for a few hundred dollars less.
