From what I've seen here and other places Traditionals are selling pretty well right now.

Depending on year model, colors, condition, etc, the avg is around $1,400- $1,700 or so, give or take for used ones.

To get a better idea, check for the same on Reverb and a few other sites and see how much they are listed for.

I'd say on the lower end of the above range since many people don't want that 12th fret inlay.

I had a faded SG i got cheap that had that and it drove me nuts for some reason.

The pickups in that guitar are gold. My biggest regret selling my 2014 was that I didn't keep the pickups. Took me 2 years to track down another pair.

Use that to your advantage when selling. Or...consider keeping those pickups. I think they might fetch a good penny someday.

The whole 12th fret inlay thing is a shame... because other than that 2014 should have been a banner year for the Trad. Non-weight relieved, fat 50s neck, 59 Tribute pickups. I had a 2014 and in pure stock form it had tone in spades, but I do have to admit, the longer I owned it, the more that dang 12th fret inlay grated on me.

That said, to the OP's question... honestly, $1300 if you want to sell it in a reasonable time. IMO (from watching the Member's Classified here, reverb, CL, etc., anything priced much about that tends to sit. There's a market glut of LPs out there, you gotta make yours stand out by giving people a deal. At least IMHO, YMMV, WAFH, etc. :)

thanks everyone. on ebay and reverb they are all around 2000.00 or more. If I do decide to sell I won't want to sit on it for long but won't want to give it away either. I sold my 2013 slash vermillion a while back and regret it every day and hope I won't feel the same with this one. Are the newer trads just as good where I could always buy a newer model later?

The realistic price to expect is $1400 to $1600...unless there's something special about yours but that inlay is a negative to buyers, like it or not.
