Sure thing, here is a pic of the string height at 12th fret on Low e and high e unfretted.
we still got buzz at D string on frets 11/12/13... how to fix?

I'd say the low e is 3-3.1 mm.
And the high e is 2-2.1 mm.

Well, it's not looking bad but not that good either. If you are not being picky with buzz at this point I would suggest that you have high spots on the frets, witch means you need to level them.

Here you have the "standard" measurements for a les paul. This is not, by any means, the optimum setup for your guitar, but, at least, it should give you the playability to tell you that everything is okay. If you setup the guitar to this point and you feel that something is not right, then take your guitar to someone who knows best. But don't worry, theres nothing that can't be cured.

@shadowplayer
.. or anyone who would know about this type of stuff.

When you say raise the action.. is a half a turn on both the abr-1 bridge stud-wheel-thingys good enough?

I like low action, and I dont want to overdo anything if I can solve this with a simple truss rod turn.

You cannot just "turn" magic into your instrument. You need to do a complete setup from scratch. It is not hard to do. If you don't know
How..learn. what good is owning something you don't know how

Same as others have said, find a good guitar tech. Get some recommendations from some other guitar players as to a decent tech. From the pictures of the frets, it looks like a fret dressing (leveling, and crowning) might help.
